Wow.

Just Wow.

If i had $1 million to invest in something, I would put it down on this company right now.

The power of social networks such as facebook/twitter/traditional forms/etc... as a tool for feedback and data is *massive*.

Servicecloud, if implemented on a large corporation, COULD increase their agility immensely. However, I think that many corporations are too entrenched in their bureaucracy to actually keep up with the amount of information filtered in from servicecloud.
