Thanks for the post.

Another site that I believe should go on your list is consumerist.com. It's just informational rather than functional, but is a great tips and warnings for dealing with companies.

Several important differences between GetHuman and Fonolo:
1) Fonolo lets you view the full tree for each company and choose the point where you want to connect. GetHuman only tells you the fastest way to get an operator.
2) Fonolo actually does the dialing for you. After you click, Fonolo calls your phone. When you answer you are connected directly to the right spot.

Fonolo is private beta at the moment, but if you want a password just send me an email.
